How much will this cost?
Often times, consumers go into shops without doing much research—so there might not be a set budget. The #1 thing consumers will ask will be about pricing. Since they will usually lead with this question, it will help determine what their budget is, if it’s flexible, and help you understand exactly what they’re looking for.
You can guide the conversation by explaining how most lines are built in a good, better, best strategy to give consumers a wide range of options for whatever budget they have.
Also note that when consumers are asking about cost, they want to know total cost—a system + labor. Surely, you can break it down further, but giving them an “installed” price would be more upfront and might even guarantee your shop the build!

- Amplifiers: (Each of the following equals one year of warranty coverage not to exceed 3 years)
- Purchased from authorized PG dealer
- Professionally installed by authorized PG dealer
- Installed with Stinger accessories (amp kit or power wire, RCA, fuse holder)
- Speakers and Subwoofers: One year from date of purchase
- Integrated Series: Three years from date of purchase
- Service Warranty: (90) days from repair date
- Refurbished Units: (90) days from date of purchase
